Welcome to WSG Soccer
Since the inception of WSG, Soccer has been at the pinnacle of its offerings. President, Simon W. Borrett, enjoyed a long career working and running various aspects of soccer clubs in New England, the Northeast and beyond. With this experience a focus on bringing youth soccer back to Lee was undertaken and became successful in the winter of 2023.
With the goal of supporting and creating a player development pathway, from the youngster children in the area up to the varsity athletes at the High School, WSG will look to support the current girls program and focus on development a boys High School program as well.
Like any of the sports offered by WSG goals, the dream and goal of our players should be of competing at the Western MA and state levels. When we step on the field our first goal will always be to win, however if we can't win, we will also make sure that we are constantly improving, with our dream of one day playing as seniors for our local High School.
We also talk about character and community at WSG, and with that being said our players character off the field is just as important as their character on it, so each team will embark on a community project each season, to give back to where they call home.
