Simon W. Borrett - FOUNDER & PRESIDENT (2024-CURRENT)
Born in England, and having resided in the US now for over 25 years, Wildcat Sports Group was a vision of mine. In forming WSG, I hope that sports in Lee and its surrounding communities will once again flourish and grow. Having been involved in coaching and working in sport since the age of 16, my journey has taken me all over Europe and North America, and with these experiences, I hope to solidify an environment and organization that allows our children to develop as athletes and people through the love of sport and the lessons it teaches. I have a wife from Lee and two children, both of whom are in the program, and we look forward to many people joining us at #WildcatNation.
Dylan MeChek - VICE PRESIDENT (2025-CURRENT)
I'm honored to be a part of such a great program. I bring to the table 6 years of experience in the competitive sports industry and working with youth groups, high schools, colleges, and semi-pro teams. I'm dedicated to keeping WSG as a top-tier program in Berkshire County, where kids learn, play, and grow through team sports. Both of my boys play in WSG, and as a parent, I can see the skills learned go far beyond just the field. LET'S GO WILDCATS !!

Jeff Simmons - MEMBER-AT-LARGE (2024-CURRENT)
I grew up in Lenox Massachusetts. I played multiple sports during my youth years, which led to some of my best memories. I played baseball and basketball at Lenox Memorial High School. When I became a parent, I knew I wanted my children to be involved with sports. That's when the coaching began. I have coached Football, baseball, softball, and basketball since my son and daughter were 4 years old. I have been coaching for about 11 years now. I believe that creating these opportunities through the Wildcat Sports Group will give children an opportunity to develop a skill and make friends in the process.
Mo Gaherty - MEMBER-AT-LARGE (2025-CURRENT)
Born and raised in Lenox, I grew up playing softball and watching baseball for as long as I can remember. I’ve worked with kids of all ages since I was 13. Since joining WSG in 2024, I have been able to put my love for softball and my passion for working with kids into one. I appreciate Wildcat Sports Group for taking me under their wing and bringing me along on this journey to continue expanding youth sports in Lee. Go Wildcats!
Todd Dort - MEMBER-AT-LARGE (2025-CURRENT)
Born and raised in the capital district area of New York , is where I played various youth sports since age 4. While in college, I became certified as a FIFA referee and worked for 3 years in the CDYSL league . I had also taken an opportunity to be an assistant and head coach for a program within CDYSL. My two boys have attended school in Lee since pre-school, which is how I became involved in youth sports in the Berkshires. I had an opportunity to help coach their Cal Ripken baseball team the first season they played and have been involved with the league since . I am honored by the opportunity provided by the Wildcat Sports Group to take my involvement in Lee youth sports to a whole next level . I am simply looking to provide my kids and yours , the same sporting opportunities that my parents made available to me at that age.
